It is accredited by “Comissão de Valores Mobiliários” – CVM under CVM Declaratory Act No. 17,858, set up under the terms of Normative Instruction CVM 558. Green Alternative Investments Asset Management also adheres to the ART Code, Third-Party Asset Management, in the Resource Management activity duly approved on June 5, 2020.
GovernanceGreen Alternative Investments DTVM is a Financial Institution authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil, whose constitution was authorized by order of the Head of the Financial System Organization Department, by process 163484, of May 6, 2020. The Institution is accredited by “Comissão de Valores Mobiliários” – CVM under CVM Declaratory Act No. 20,221, of October 7, 2022, to provide securities portfolio management services as provided for in CVM Resolution No. 21, of February 25, 2021. Green Alternative Investments DTVM also adheres to the ART Code, Management of Third Party Assets, in the activity of Fiduciary Administration duly approved on November 4, 2022.
